Stages of contracting for our consulting services


Obtaining one of the consulting services that we provide to our clients goes through a number of stages to achieve the maximum benefit for the client from the service provided, and therefore we have divided the process of providing the consulting service into five basic stages, which we explain as follows:

1. Request and contract

This is the first step in the consulting process, as this step paves the way for both parties to get to know each of them, so the client is sure of our consulting capabilities and our previous work, and it also provides us with the opportunity to ensure our ability to implement the required consultation.

At this stage, each party determines its expectations from the other party, and the first step is usually about breaking the deadlock and finding out whether a working relationship can be established between IPS Consulting and its clients

2. Explore and Discuss

Although a lot of information is already gathered in the first step, the second step involves IBS Consulting conducting research on the client’s company and learning more details.

Then the two parties proceed to discuss the steps required and how to move forward with the project.

3. Feedback and Action

At this stage, the client receives a lot of feedback and comments from IBS Consulting and they are put into action with our help. This requires the client to understand the feedback we provide and how it can be implemented with the help of our consulting teams.

4. Implementation

This step involves implementing the solutions provided by IBS Consulting to the client. The client will implement and implement the solutions provided by the consulting team with the help and supervision of the consulting team until it is confirmed that all solutions are implemented and all old practices are replaced with new ones.

5. Extension or Closure

This is the final step and begins with evaluating the entire process. After implementation, this is when both parties come together to evaluate the successes of the solutions as well as to discuss the client's desire to close the contract or extend it to a wider scope.
